Ⅰ Guarantee the best quality
• Strictly screening the raw material.
• To insure the quality management system is efficiently carried out and regulate and implement every work
requirement and the code of conduct to enable the product quality meet every technical standards and
customer's requirements.
• Strictly carried out the state and company's standards, inspect the quality carefully. Do not carry out the
unqualified products out of the factory.

Ⅱ Ensure the production schedule, make delivery promptly
• Make delivery strictly in accordance with the delivery time stipulated in the contract, and implement every
clause and requirement written in the contract, the delaying of the delivery should not occurred unless there
is a force majeure.
• Carefully inspect the finished products, make a proper packing, shook-proof and moisture prevention as well as
on the spot delivery acceptance. Send the goods to the delivery site according to customer's requirement and
inform the buyer promptly.
Ⅲ Provide the best after sales services
• Any problem raised by customer over the quality within the guarantee period, we should try our best to deal
with it even though it is not caused by our side and try to come up with suggestion to handle it. If there is any
need for site disposal, send our people there immediately, keep the customer satisfaction as our first priority to
protect their interests.
• Make a file for every production inspection and technology we have to ensure there is a checking route for any
products and visit our clients regularly. Lay high emphasis on customer's feedbacks and comments so that we
